From the M5 junction 11, take the A40 towards Gloucester (A40). At the end of the bypass turn right towards Ross-On-Wye (still on the A40). Go straight across several roundabouts, take the left lane and turn left onto the A48 towards Chepstow (signed Forest of Dean). After approx 12 miles take a right turn into the town of Lydney. Go through the town past the shops - turn right to Whitecroft/Pillowell B4234. The road bends and climbs for approx 2.5 miles. As you come into Whitecroft the road bends to the left at the railway crossing (by Miners Arms Pub). Turn right at the bend onto Pillowell Road (houses on either side). Continue to top of the hill. The property is first on the right just over brow of the hill - it has a large White railway gate with a silver circle in the middle.
From M4 East, after M5 take first exit M48. Cross north bridge and take first exit to Chepstow (J2). Take A48 towards Gloucester. Go into Lydney and turn left onto B4234 then continue as above.
